Lead engineer and lead designer in a 5-month game prototype project, involving 11 volunteers.
A thunderstorm is terrifying our human friend. She enlists you – her tiny, carpet dwelling protector – to bring light to her. Explore and interact with the mysterious, towering scenery, through the fears and whims of the young storyteller as she narrates your journey.
Directing team of engineers.
Core gameplay development (C#).
Core mechanic (light burst mechanic) implementation & reactions.
Carpet hair clusters: dynamic movement responses and optimisations over many iterations.
Custom FP controller.
Overall game design, level design and set dressing.
